Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Junior Management Associate to serve as a vital bridge between our business development efforts, front-end teams, and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across various departments including HR, PR, and finance, as well as maintaining strong client relationships. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the intersection of strategic business development and efficient operational management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between the clients and the internal teams, ensuring clear communication, understanding of client needs, and timely responses to inquiries. Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and addressing client concerns effectively.
  2. Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team to identify potential opportunities and gather client requirements. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and project plans to win new business and expand existing accounts.
  3. Operational Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between HR, PR, finance, and front-end teams. Ensure that internal departments are aligned with client expectations and project requirements. Actively participate in team meetings, providing valuable insights and updates.
  4. Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation and utilization, ensuring that the front-end teams have the necessary support to meet client demands. Coordinate with HR and finance to manage staffing requirements, budget allocations, and project timelines.
  5. Client Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates for clients, summarizing project progress, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators. Ensure that clients are informed about the value delivered by our services and the impact on their business objectives.
  6. Problem Solving: Address challenges and bottlenecks promptly, working closely with internal teams to find innovative solutions. Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures to enhance operational efficiency.
