Job Description:

We are in search of a strategic and results-oriented Senior Management professional to lead the operation and management of our campaigns. In this key role, you will not only oversee the seamless execution of campaigns but also play a pivotal role in business development. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Management: Direct the end-to-end operation and management of campaigns, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly. Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of campaigns to achieve client objectives. Provide leadership to the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  2. Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strong relationships with prospective clients. Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and create compelling proposals and presentations. Leverage your industry expertise to expand our client base and revenue streams.
  3. Marketing Strategy: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and challenges. Design comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client objectives. Utilize market research, consumer insights, and industry trends to create innovative and effective marketing campaigns that drive results.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships, understanding client expectations and ensuring they are met. Regularly communicate campaign progress and results to clients, demonstrating the value of our services.
  5. Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Encourage professional growth and skill development among team members. Lead by example, instilling a sense of purpose and dedication to excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in campaign management, business development, and marketing strategy, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
